New York, NY – October 30, 2025Beyer Blinder Belle (BBB), an award-winning firm known for a diverse portfolio of architecture and planning projects spanning historic, cultural, and civic contexts, is pleased to announce the elevation of Nathaniel Rogers, AIA, as the firm’s newest Partner. With a deep and lifelong interest in the intersection of design, historic preservation, and the public realm, Rogers has built his career by bringing the highest aspirations of cultural and higher education institutions and public-sector clients to realization. As Partner, he will continue to advance the firm’s innovative approach to shaping the future of existing and historic buildings, places, and spaces. 

Rogers has spent the majority of his career at BBB, where he has skillfully led an array of transformative renovation, expansion, and adaptive reuse projects since joining the firm in 2011. Rogers’ promotion from Principal to Partner recognizes his consistent leadership within BBB, his commitment to advancing the firm’s mission to empower people through design, and his long-term client relationships with top-tier education and arts institutions including Harvard University, Vanderbilt University, Phillips Exeter Academy, and the Society of the Four Arts in Palm Beach, among many others.

Rogers is highly regarded for his dedication to understanding client perspectives, his skillful communication of complex design ideas to broad audiences, and his ability to navigate projects across multiple scales and types, from interior design to deep energy retrofits in historic structures, to long-range vision and framework planning for facilities and campuses. In his new role at BBB, Rogers will continue to build on the firm’s unique legacy through projects that match creativity with stewardship of the built environment.
