Blue Medium Joins the Council for Inclusive Capitalism
New York, NY May 26, 2023 – Blue Medium is proud to have been invited to join the Council for Inclusive Capitalism, a global movement of leaders doing business in ways that benefit people, our communities, and the planet. The Council invites global business leaders—whether of a small community business or international conglomerate—to join the Council and put forth commitments to enlightened business actions necessary for the fairer, and more dynamic, economies and societies we demand.
The Council tackles ongoing issues of inequality and climate change in our current capitalist model, and encourages its members to take action and work together to advance reforms to reshape the way capitalism works to improve the lives of people across the globe.
In its role as a Steward for Inclusive Capitalism, Blue Medium furthers its commitment to enacting change and setting more concrete goals for our overall practice:
SUMMARY
ACTIVITIES & INITIATIVES
Blue Medium will commit to engage and work with like-minded, values- driven clients who have diversity, equity, and inclusion as part of their organizational or corporate culture, and who also demonstrate an awareness or commitment to local and global climate crisis concerns. Actions that Blue Medium intends to take to fulfill this commitment include actively pursuing clients with like-minded, values-driven approaches to their company programs/initiatives and organizational culture. We will continue to represent clients that have social justice initiatives embedded in their programming.
MEASURES & TARGETS
Blue Medium will measure success by evaluating our own practices and also our client relationships during new business development and throughout the working relationship. We plan to make some of our key findings available to the Council.
