Friedman Benda Presents Summer: A Group Exhibition

Friedman Benda will present Summer, a group exhibition opening Thursday, June 20th. A collaborative effort by the gallery staff, this curated exhibition highlights representations from practices at the intersection of art, design and craft. From iconic and historic objects to cutting-edge contemporary works and new discoveries, Summer explores diverse practices, material choices, and conceptual design innovation.

The installation juxtaposes established artists on the gallery’s roster in dialogue with select new contemporary voices, including Carmen d’Apollonio, Bruno Gambone, Enrico Marone Cinzano, OrtaMiklos, Anders Ruhwald, and Thaddeus Wolfe.
